He diagnosed the problem and replaced the 4 valves within 2 hours, but 2 days later one of the valves leaked. He fixed that one within a couple hours. I think he was in too much of a hurry on the initial service, but everything is fine now..

David contacted me quickly and came to preview the job and we discovered that not only did I need the outdoor lights repaired/replaced, but the sprinklers were going haywire. He spent a lot of time with us reviewing our options, discussing the cost, and the time involved. Everything he did was first class and just what we wanted. His crew does a spectacular job as well. They cleaned up every night before leaving for the day. We are more than satisfied and we highly recommend All Seasons.

I purchased a new sprinkler system controller and he came out and wired and installed it for me. Very nice perrson.

Installed synthetic grass strips in an existing driveway and updated sprinkler system with new valves. This job was labor intensive and took about 3 days to complete. The value for the money was great compared to others who bid for the same spec. If you are looking for someone to install synthetic strips All Seasons is one to get a bid from.

I have nothing but great words for David Keane and All Seasons. We had only 15 days to complete this job and it was not small. We added new drainage around the house and to the street, tore out and replaced the entire sprinkler system front and back, tore out and replaced the entire patio system in the back, remove trees and plants, tore out all the lawns front and back replacing with new sod and then landscaping the front yard. During all that I changed the scope of work on him many times and threw many curve balls at him making his job very difficult. This schedule was extremely tough, with a short fuse and a holiday in the middle of it all. But David and his excellent crew completed this job on time with stunning results and quality workmanship. Both he and his team remained kind, polite, courteous, respectful and very professional throughout the entire project. Each night they left the property very clean and safe. Like I said, nothing but great words for David and his crew. I hope I get a chance to work with them again someday.

David was on the project everyday. He updated me daily and showed me exactly what he was doing. I had major issues with Palm tree roots in my drainage system. He had to cut through existing concrete and did a great job of fixing the drainage problems and matching the concrete replacement. The job was so good, I am hiring him for a landscaping project, as well.

David did a beautiful job of not only rejuvenating our existing sprinkler system, but also adding additional capacity. Delightful to work with, he carefully explained all of the options. He was timely and thorough and I look forward to his help with more projects in the future.

David Keane and his crew did an outstanding job of completely renovating our garden. David worked from our landscape designer's detailed plan, added a few ideas of his own, and in just a few weeks built us the garden I have always wanted. His crew's prep work was amazing; they removed old lawn, plants, and roots, dug deeply into hard clay soil, and added a huge amount of new soil and conditioners and carefully leveled everything before planting. The irrigation system they designed works extremely well, and Dave did not hesitate to add additional sprinklers or drip heads as we experimented with the system. The plants and trees David ordered arrived healthy and strong, and they were expertly placed and planted. Above all, Dave was a pleasure to work with, He was happy to guide us where he thought necessary but was also flexible and gracious about hearing our concerns. He was here every day to be sure everything was going smoothly, and the job was done more quickly than we had even hoped. Dave's bid for the job was the highest we received but in this case we really got what we paid for. An excellent experience overall.

I'm a VERY satisfied customer! I picked All Seasons based on the reviews I read here on Yelp. I called All Seasons in the afternoon and asked for a call back - no rush. David called me the next morning. I explained my problem with a broken sprinkler circuit. David described his services and costs and we made arrangement for a service call the very next day. David gave me a 2 hour window for his visit. He showed up exactly on time so I didn't have to waste any time waiting. He got straight to work, identified the location of the cracked pipe and had it repaired in just a little while. He checked all of the other circuits and identified a couple of other poorly functioning sprinklers and promptly replaced those. We discussed some future possible problems that I might be prepared for but no pressure to have that done immediately. He then wrapped up the call and gave me a very reasonable bill. All in all - a very satisfying experience. I would highly recommend All Seasons and David Keene.

Nine months ago, we hired a landscaper who assured us he could fix our sprinkler system. However, his repairs did not work and newly planted plants began to die! Very impressed with this company. After buying a house, the sprinkler system was not fully dialed in and I called these guys up. The owner David got right back to me and offered a few ideas on what the problem was. He gave me his cell so I could quickly schedule an appointment with him. He ended up coming out and it was a quick fix...David then set all of my timers on a winter schedule and answered a host of other questions regarding my shrubbery and plants. He also gave me some great ideas regarding outdoor lighting for my property. He did all of this FREE of charge, he would not accept any money from me! I have been taking care of some deferred maintenance issues on our home in Irvine this past year. I got several written estimates to revamp the yard sprinkler system. david from All Seasons Sprinkler & Landscaping was the more expensive of the three. However, he also provided the most detailed estimate and materials description. He drove a professional service truck and he is licensed and bonded. He recognized that the current sprinkler system had been hobbled together for a good number of years and that it was best to replace all the sprinkler heads and update the valves and timers for a fresh start. His work was very good. He cleaned up everything and scheduled a walk-thru around my work schedule. I paid him at the end of the whole process and right after he gave me a tour of what he had done and how to make adjustments, if necessary in the future. There were broken pipes, valves that needed replacement and brand new timers installed. Our yard went from fairly high-maintenance & hassles to basically fully automated after about a day and a half of work. The cost was approximately $1,700.00. The other estimates came in at $1,100.00 and $1,350.00. All of the materials seemed to be of highest quality. The mounts for the timer boxes were done professionally and looked well finished in appearance when done. I am very satisfied that I got excellent quality workmanship for a fair price.

We had been working with a garden designer who didn't have time to install her design, so David took over the work, installing an automatic sprinkler system and interpreting the original plant list into a full-fledged garden design. He especially recommended that we install lighting to highlight the garden at night, advising us that many of his customers liked the lighting best of all. We're glad we took his advice, because in fact the garden is most magical at night. Likewise, with the patio, he took our random ideas and turned them into a beautiful and functional space. As with the garden, the lighting he recommended makes the patio look most beautiful at night, and is especially lovely to look at through the kitchen window, which faces it. David with All Seasons was one of the best contractors I have ever dealt with. He has it all: he knows his field, has good workmen, follows up with the their work and arrives when he says he will. His workmanship was excellent. He completely changed the look of my garden which has added much value to my house. He does charge a bit more than other contractors but much of that is that he uses top notch sprinklers, lights and gets good quality flowers and shrubs. I can't say enough good things for his attitude and work ethic. He let me know what was going to happen that day, what time and always got it done. When he had to be late a couple of times, he always let me know and always asked if it was convenient for me. He's a gentleman and runs an exceptional business.

We had an idea of what we wanted to do to our house in Newport Coast and once we met David at All Seasons i knew from the beginning we could trust him and his guys. It Started out with sprinklers and lights and then with the help of David we were able to use his services for a new BBQ Island, a big polished concrete top bench and a bigger and better Fire pit all from the ground up. All time frames that were given to us were met, all pricing was fair and the amount of change orders we gave them they were still able to meet our time frame and take care of everything reasonably and efficiency. I think with what we have done to our yard is an incredible value add position and actually brings up our equity and also brings a sense of pride in our gated community.

I think it's fair to say that David of All Seasons Landscaping is the most pleasant contractor with whom I've ever dealt. I started out with a murky idea of what I wanted, and he was able to help me firm it up into a very beautiful vision. The work included removal of concrete hardscapes, removal of both front and back lawns, removal of an old sprinkler system, removal of an old lighting system, and installation of synthetic grass, creation of new decorative beds and planting of new trees, installation of a decorative stone and concrete border to match the driveway and sidewalk, installation of a cactus garden, installation of new lighting and irrigation systems, and the beautiful creation of a stone mailbox to match our patio. He did a ton of work -- and in only two weeks. His communication throughout the process was excellent, and his employees were incredibly polite. It's obvious that they all took great pride in their work. Perhaps the thing that was most memorable to me in this process was David's willingness to act as a go-between when things weren't going according to plan with the fencing contractor. He was able to soothe frayed nerves and insure that everyone was not just satisfied, but happy in the end. I can't recommend David highly enough; I only wish he remodeled kitchens!

I just got back into town to find my water shut off by a neighbor due to a sprinkler valve issue flooding the yard while I was gone. I went straight to Yelp and decided to call All Seasons. I had a friendly woman take my call and David was out quicker than expected. The entire experience was quick and easy (which I cannot say for most repair men!). He figured out the problem quickly, gave me options and & fixed what I wanted fixed. It was $89 an hour plus the part. I also found out I had a few leaks that need to be fixed, butnow that I know David also does lighting & landscaping, I am having him do the all the projects at once.

We are completely satisfied with the large project that All Seasons did for us. David is an experienced professional who guided us through the entire process and delivered on everything he promised. He went above and beyond to help us understand and comply with the requirements for the OCMWD turf rebate program. He even visited their offices to meet with those who manage the process and obtain clarification of the details. He also provided an excellent balance of trustworthy advice vs. patient management that helped us make our own timely decisions based on his helpful input. He has even returned after the project was complete to answer questions and provide support. I contacted All Seasons Sprinkler & Landscaping based on their Yelp reviews. I was not at all disappointed. In fact my experience was excellent. We discussed my problem and agreed a solution. Bly the afternoon I had replaced three valves that had issues and converted my rose garden from sprinklers to a drip system. They even threw in fixing several pot drip lines. I know who I will call next time I need landscaping work.

David and his crew transformed our landscaping from being one of the ugliest in our neighborhood to hands down the most beautiful in just over 3 weeks.The design and execution was done masterfully and exceeded my wildest dreams all within our budget. I would highly recommend them to anyone that would listen.

David just got done with a project at my house, both my wife and I are very happy. We worked with David for about four months off and on (he even recommended a lovely landscape designer Marjorie who helped finish our plan). The delay wasn't his fault we were waiting for the hardscape guys (different company) to become available. Finally after the hardscape went in David was able to come in before the concrete pours and then finally do our landscaping, irrigation and low voltage lighting. He was supper attentive and meet with my wife and I too many times to count. This guy is so mellow and so nice you just love working with him (he reminds me of that nice Uncle that everyone likes who keeps peace in the family). This was a fairly big project, and we threw him a lot of curves but he always did what we wanted and gave us great advise along the way. David was also very honest there was a lot of duplication between his quotes and the hardscape quotes and he lowered his final price when billing without me having to point anything out that was done by the other company. All in all he did a fantastic job and I give him a five star recommendation without hesitation. Note, the 2 low reviews on Yelp seem to be about David not returning a call for tiny jobs like a sprinkler repair - IMHO that's not his business he is a full service landscaper, but rest assured if you engage him he goes the extra mile and has great customer service.
